news categories re-arranged

Anybody submitting content may notice that the list of topics which you can apply to a news article ('story') has been re-arranged. We finally have juniors and masters topics, and these have been put along with avl, vvl etc. under the competitions topic.

As it stands the categories are:

  I'm open to any more suggestions though :-)

  As part of this I went through all 150 or so articles which were in the 'empty' category (ie, they had no associated topics when I imported them), and assigned them to the appropriate topics. In doing this I've treated 'social noise' as pretty much any story about players etc. (eg/ interviews). I've also removed all topic associations from articles which were just photo galleries. All these photos are in the photo section of the site, and in the new site they're not really 'articles'.
