MU Renegades Members Win Beach Ranking Event

MU Renegades members David Warwick and Tung Le won Saturday's A2 Men's ranking event held at St Kilda Beach. It was a good weekend for MU Renegades players with Jesse Adams and Eric Orton finishing joint third in the same division.

The two Renegades teams played each other in the semi-final with D.Warwick & T.Le 31 defeating J.Adams & E.Orton 25. In the grand final, Dave Warwick & Tung Le defeated Columbine & Lockrey, 31:26.

In other results from Saturday's beach volleyball, Cannon/Johnson 31 defeated Rawlins/Kidd 16 in the A1 Men's division, Hartman/Muehlena 31 defeated Burleigh/Wood 20 in the A Women's division, Gabel/Stiglich 21 defeated Simpson/Sanderson 19 in the B Men's, and Wheeler/O'Brien 21 defeated Blakenore/Cuttriss 18 in the B Women's.
