New Committee from Renegades AGM

The Melbourne University Renegades Volleyball Club and Footscray Renegades Volleyball Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at the Melbourne University Sports Centre on Wednesday, October 30. A new club committee was voted in after several members resigned to enjoy some time away from volleyball politics.

Congratulations to the new committee members:

  • Vice President: Rosemary Bissett
  • Secretary: Jesse Adams
  • Treasurer: Liza Nielsen
  • Operations Manager: Travis Hicks
  • Melb Uni Liason Officer: Eric Orton
  • Group Marketing Manager: Felicity Brown
  • Associations Delegate: Nicki Stevens
  • Social Convenor: Patty Chier
  • Ordinary Member: Nick Lewis
  • Ordinary Member: Cristy Mace

Thank you to departing committee members Kerry Oataway, Tene Bond, Anna Shield and Les Barcikowski, all of whom have given large amounts of their time to the Club not only this year but for many years. There are also three appointed positions (Coaching Director, Public Officer and Junior Development Officer) which will be filled when the new committee meets for the first time at the start of 2003.

Thanks to all club members who attended the AGM and we look forward to everyone's input to make 2003 another successful year for Renegades.
