Renegades looking for coaches

The Club is seeking Expressions of Interest from enthusiastic volunteers to apply for a coaching role for either the women’s, men’s, junior boys or junior girls programs during 2012 and onwards.

About MU Renegades

Melbourne University Renegades Volleyball Club was established in 1966, and has over 45 forty years of sporting excellence in Victorian volleyball.

The Club is a not-for-profit organisation and programs are funded in part by the participating athletes/members. In 2012, the Club will again enter teams into every division in the Victorian Volleyball League competition (both Men and Women), which will run from late April to early September.

Preparation/training for the competition will commence in late January, with the following training times currently scheduled for the year.

  • Women: Monday 7.30-10.00pm at Melbourne University Sports Centre. and Thursday 7:30-10pm at Gilmore Girls College, Footscray.
  • Men: Tuesday 7.30-10.00pm at Melbourne University Sports Centre. and Thursday 7:30-10pm at St Bernard’s College, West Essendon
  • Junior Boys: Tuesday 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Melbourne University Sports Centre.
  • Junior Girls: Tuesday 4:30pm - 6:00pm at Melbourne University Sports Centre.

Expressions of Interest

Expressions of Interest should indicate the level of relevant qualification and/or experience. Please also indicate whether you hold a Working with Children Check card.
