Stats from round 2
Hi Guys,
Here are the stats which Jess took for our round 2 match. I added a column summarising your overall contribution in terms of wins vs losses which I think is a good indicator of how your game went (well, unless you're a setter or libero and you're main skill isn't directly recorded, I'd still want to be recording a positive outcome though).
The stats pretty much bear out what we mostly know from the game, but it's always good to get independant verification for our gut feelings.
At the top end Nick had the highest return for the day with a high number of wins and only 1 recorded error for the match for an outcome of +9 (he must have been set well). Jesse also did well just amassing a couple more errors for a return of +7.
At the low end Miles amassed the highest number of winners but completely negated them with the highest number of errors to return an outcome of 0.
Finally, Jimmy had a great blocking performance but spoiled his stats by hitting out a lot towards the end of the match to return -2.
Anyway, something to think about at training, catch you all tonight.

For those who didn't get the first email because I just added you to the group, click read more to see the team stats that I posted.
Once you've caught up, the final stat that I missed was that there were also 12 'team' tools. This means we had a total recorded positive outcome of +7.
team tools - fees, thursday training
i'm not sure i'm down with this 'team tools' concept. the other side's gonna laugh at us if we chant that at the end of time outs.
just a reminder that 31 may is the last date to pay fees and avoid the 10% surcharge. i'm sure you all paid before 5 april and got your early bird discount like good little renegades, but just letting you know in case you're still trying to move that last shipment of crack and assault weapons to get the funds together.

to be fair, the reason that my self and jimmy have the lowest stats is because we faced the majority of the hard jump serves, which accounted for alot of errors.
