Hi there all you lucky team managers!

As payments are received, I have been noting the amounts on the website. Eric is currently working his magic so you (& all team members) will be able to view these lists & determine how much everyone still owes. I will let you know how to access this info once its all up & running.

To record these contributions however, players must update their details online for the year. They are then added to team groups (so you can email your whole team with one click using the website). The girls are all updated but the boys groups look pretty small. Boys: Please ensure that all your team members have updated their details on the website, otherwise Jared will have to enter them in himself (maybe he is happy to do this?) Account keeping can't run smoothly until this is all done.

As you should all be aware, the early bird discount is no longer available. Get cracking and bug all your team mates who are yet to pay, otherwise they must pay a 10% penalty if they pay after May 31. Noone likes that! Numbers of players still owing fees are:
4 from honours women.
3 from div 2 women.
3 from div 1 women.
10 from honours men (Bernd, get onto this!).
2 from div 2 red men (Jared, can you add the TM of this team to this group!!).
9 from div 2 blue men (although i have a slight suspicion Jared has some of these payments to deposit!!!)
5 from div 1 men.

I am having trouble deciphering some of the payments on the bank statement - please tell me who the following deposits cover & how much each player contributed:
- 04.04 VB08 ($354)
- 07.04 Deposit 3111 ($1000)
- 10.04 brownlie Voley ($660)
- 18.04 Cash deposit 3156 ($550)
- 24.04 Deposit 3243 ($570)

Club tracksuits have arrived, I've taken them to the girls training to try on sizes, I assume Jared will take it to the boys soon to do the same. Players will only receive their tracksuits once full payment has been received. It is compulsory for all Div 1 & honours players, optional for div 2 (this still needs to be confirmed).
