Volunteers need to help with Women's AVL this weekend in Melbourne (Friday 16th May to Sunday 18th May)

This weekend is the start of the Australian Volleyball League (AVL) Women's season. Our Uni Blues women are the reigning premiers of the women's AVL after completing a very strong season last year.

The first round of the season is to be held in Melbourne this weekend. The games will be played Friday night at Monash Uni (1 match at 7pm) and Saturday/Sunday at the State Volleyball Centre (SVC). The game schedule is listed below. Entry is $5 per day of $10 for a weekend pass ($2 for kids).

We need some volunteers to help with lines, scoring and to help in other ways. If you are not playing Ballarat tournament, we would love Club members to be there and support the girls and give a hand. If you help you can get in for free.

The Renegades Honours men are also playing a game on Saturday at the SVC, so you could watch them and the women. If you are a player in the Men's Honours match, please consider coming early before your match to lend a hand or staying to help for a while after your game.
