Looking for a Comp Manager for the South Challenge Volleyball (Uni Games 2008)

A message from Matt Wardrop from Australian University Sport:

The 2008 South Challenge (UniGames), run by Australian University Sport will take place in Melbourne 6-11 July, 2008. The Challenge will feature 10 sports, and upwards of 1,000 university students from all over Australia. We are currently looking for a Competition Manager for the Volleyball.

The Volleyball Competition will be held at Melbourne Uni from Weds 9 – Fri 11 July 2008. Please find attached a position description that details the Competition Manager role. In brief, the Comp Manager:

• Will recruit umpires/refs required for the competition
• Be expected to attend up to 3 training sessions prior to Challenge
• Need to be available for the entire competition
• Be paid a fee of $350 (an honorarium to reimburse personal costs)
• Receive a Challenge Uniform and lunches throughout the Challenge
