End of Season nearing

Hi Ladies!

A couple of things need to be taken care of at the end of the season:

I have to collect EVERYONE'S top after their final game, even if you play tournaments at the end of the year. If your last game is the grandfinal (hopefully the case for the div 2 chicks), or next saturday, I'll be there to collect the tops so PLEASE don't leave without giving them to me (otherwise I'll be mean and make you come to training to give it to me :o) ).

If Chris doesn't have your email address then you would not have received his email, saying keep the night of Sat Aug 23rd free as he's planning for the girls side of the club to go out & celebrate the end of the season.

Grandfinal day is 13th of September. Firstly, it is a club expectation that you can make it to cheer on all teams during all finals, but especially the grandfinal. Presentation night is that night - a fun night that everyone from the club usually comes along so not to be missed. Tickets will be handed out Saturday, and will cost $45 ($25 if you attended the AGM + 1 other social function for the year). More details are to come.

If you have not finished paying your fees, please pay up and make me happy :o) I know honours chicks have not all paid - especially those that have not played the whole season. Please talk to me if you are not sure how much you owe. Also, if you haven't yet signed up to the website, please do so. If you keep forgetting, see me at training, I usually have my laptop and so you can do there at training (I just realised if they haven't signed up then they won't get this email - coaches & team managers please ask your players and get these ppl to talk to me - we need them signed up for official reasons)

Nicki has already mentioned tournaments are coming up soon. We'd like to take as many teams as possible - dates are in the team managers folder. Info on training nights are up on the web so come along if interested (you can still come even if you don't wanna play any tournaments!)

Lastly, I have some melb uni rego forms that need to be filled out. Chances are that if you weren't playing at the very start of the season you have not filled one out - so keep watch for me over the next week and fill one out. They need to be filled out by all players even if not in State League (can team managers plz ensure all those training with them have filled it out) It may seem silly to be doing so at the end of the season but for more official reasons it needs to be done.
