Setting up for presentation night

Hi everyone,

Rosemary & I visited the Redback last night.
We have included one free drink for all guests upon arrival (beer, wine or soft drink).

We have asked for a discount on jugs of beer (heavy & premium) - we cannot get discounts on pots/pints.

We are able to set up on Friday night (saturday morning is not ideal as we cannot get inside until 11am - which does not leave much time before we need to head to the stadium). If everyone who wants to join in can come along around 6-6.30 that would be great. Roxy will bring along decorations. The karaoke machine/PA system/music box will arrive on Saturday.

Can someone ask around the boys teams tonight to find out if anyone has any dietary requirements (vegetarian etc) and let me know ASAP.

Trophies/glasses will probably be set up Saturday night at 6.30. I'll be there to collect money off those that have yet to pay.

Due to the addition of the free drink, and paying for security & other incidental costs, we may go over budget. I'll buy a bottle of alcohol to toss the coin at, and Rosemary will make up the square game (buy a number for $2 - one of the numbers corresponds to $50 which the winner wins). Hopefully money raised can cover our extra costs.
