Drinko de Mayo!

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Cheridan...the new social coordinator. Since State League has already started and alot of us don't know one another I figure we'd have a social event!
Today is Cinco de Mayo (5th of May in Spanish...also known as Mexican Independence Day...which we also tend to celebrate in the US usually by drinking an excesive amount of margaritas) so I thought I'd put on Drinko de Mayo on Saturday after State League.

There will be cheap drinks:

$3 pots

$5 vodka and bourbon drinks

and cheap margaritas all in the theme...

I'm planning on rustling up a Pinata as well as some sombreros and some authentic-ish Mexican music. ;-) However, since I am American we will be Americanizing it a bit with a couple of games of Flip Cup (which if you haven't played is good fun!) Its a team sport...so consider it team bonding!

It will be at the Keepers Arms in North Melbourne - 351 Queensbury Street (corner of Peel and Queensbury about a block and a half up from the Vic Markets)

Start time is 8pm till close
