Great Start for 2009

We're four weeks into the state league season and taking a well earned break this weekend. Although some people can't get enough volleyball and are heading to Ballarat for the tournament, in which case good luck - hope you earn some skins.

The start of state league 2009 has been the best I can remember (and I've got a good memory). Both the div2 women and the div2 men's red are undefeated; honours women are second on the ladder; div1 men, div2 women and honours men all have two wins and are tied for fourth spot on their ladder.

We've also kicked things off with a bang on the social side with a few big nights out (shout outs to Tommy, Ciara, and most of all Cheridan). It's also great to see new members joining club regulars - even if they do make a mess of the bathroom at the end of the night.

Let's keep this great energy in the club going all the way to finals and presentation night.
