Do you want to be on the committee?

Alternatively, would you like to help out the club, but can't committ to monthly committee meetings?

Come along and put up your hand to help out in a task or 2 throughout the year to help our club's operations run smoothly

Come along to Studio 8 (the old squash court at Melbourne Uni Sports Centre) at 7 pm for the Annual General Meeting.
At the AGM, we release the annual general report for 2010, and establish the 2011 Committee.  All club members are expected to attend.

Position descriptions are listed in more details here.  If you would like to be a part of the committee, but are unsure of what position is best for you, register your interest in being an ordinary member.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 11th March, 7:30pm.

The season is rapidly approaching and it's time to get together, meet all of our new members and maybe even elect some new committee members while we're at it.  Come along for a BBQ on the lawn behind the Melbourne University Sports Centre (you know, that place we train at all the time), partake in eating some Aussie style fried meat (or some non meat products if you're that way inclined) and generally have a good old Renegades mingle.

This is a compulsory meeting for all club members/players (just coming to the pub afterwards doesn't count!). At the meeting, members accept the annual report and nominate for positions on the club management committee. See you all in Studio 8 (near the squash courts at MUS) at 7:30pm SHARP. Attendance will be recorded and afterwards we'll be heading to the pub.

If you want to have a say in how the club is run and give something back then think about nominating for one of the positions on the committee.
