There's the Southern University Game in Bendigo (VIC) coming up this July 5-7th, entry fee is $115 per participant.
Anyone interested in playing indoor or beach volleyball just buzz me and I will let our team manager(s) know about it.
Note: You need to be a current student of the University to represent the university.
There's also the Australian University Games (AUG) which will be held in Perth from 26th Sept to 1st Oct. Highlight those dates in your calendar if you are interested :)

Dear All,
As a reminder the meeting regarding the New Zealand trip for the South Pacific Volleyball Challenge is on tonight Monday 5th October at Melbourne Uni Gym in the grand stand stairs at 7pm (should only take 20 mins). For any that can't make it tonight but have an interest please email me with details so I can let you no try out dates, cost etc.
Please note if not enough players turn up tonight this trip with not go ahead.

The 2008 South Challenge (UniGames), run by Australian University Sport will take place in Melbourne 6-11 July, 2008. The Challenge will feature 10 sports, and upwards of 1,000 university students from all over Australia. We are currently looking for a Competition Manager for the Volleyball.
The Volleyball Competition will be held at Melbourne Uni from Weds 9 – Fri 11 July 2008. Please find attached a position description that details the Competition Manager role. In brief, the Comp Manager:

For new players/students to come along and try volleyball, find out about the club and try-out for the State League teams.
Current club members this is an official social function - attend the AGM (28 March) and one other official social function (31 May, 26 July) to have $20 deducted from the cost of your Presentation Night ticket. We need as many helpers as possible to take people's details, set up nets and run drills etc.
